Pilots do not speak to each other, besides there is a feeling, that both of them would like even to make some mean tricks to each other. At that, Alonso is upset on Hemilton, Hemilton is upset on the team, team management - on all of them...
Now there are some rumors that both racers are going to leave the team.
I think the most hard is to the supervisors of McLaren, who had such big hopes for the future with Hemilton.
